Phase 1A consists of 75 lots, which was completed on October 16, 2014.
Phase 1B, Cochran Street Extension, consists of 32 lots, which was completed on August 1, 2015.
Phase 1C, Esmonde Street, is a 17 lot cul-de-sac with seven duplex lots and 10 single family lots. At this time, we are accepting deposits on the lots with construction permits to be issued July 1, 2016.
Phase 2, Hughes Street, is a 68 lot retirement park development that is to be constructed with the partnership of Cal-Han Investments of Gander, NL, who will responsible for the houses. Phase 2 will be completed in the fall of 2016.
Bannock Street is a 36 lot subdivision with completion of the design in the fall of 2016. It is estimated that construction permits will be available in August of 2017. We will be accepting deposits on the lots in September of 2016.
Briggs Street design is expected to be completed in the winter of 2017 with construction taking place in the summer of 2017.
Eastgate’s Commercial area new street design is anticipated to be completed in 2016 with development in 2017.
